You’ll first go on a Tuk Tuk ride, which is yourtrip to the market where you’ll be able to tour the stalls. You’ll be able to select your ingredients. This allows you to get a closer look at which ingredients are vital to the cuisine. Upon arriving back at the school, you will be able to watch the instructors cook two dishes. How To Get There:

• By Taxi: Tell the driver to bring you to Kraisi Road in Banglumphu area (ถนนไกรศรี บางลำพู) which is close to Khaosan road area. Head to the small alley next to the Chinese Shrine on Kraisi Road. Walk into the small alley, turn right at the Kraisri Guesthouse. You will see a 4 story building painted in dark greyish brown at the end of the alley. Ring the bell for entrance.
