Dereck was great! Did an awesome job! Really knew the area ! We really enjoyed doing our tour with him.
Guide was so helpful and knowledgeable We learnt so much of American history We would not have found so much on our own Really recommend
Tour based on want you want to see, the driver provided recommendations, tour was limited by both time and traffic. Our driver depended on Boston history in a minute a lot. He seemed to know the info but for some reason he ran the tape a lot. I would suggest you have an idea of the sights you want to see. Did see the USS constitution, very impressive as was the home of Paul revere.
Starting with--, after said could p.u. @ airport driver couldn't find us--apparently did not have ticket to go to limo area, wanted us to go to hotel then did p.u. @ departures area airport. Car was not suitable for us, instead of town car was Chev. Youkon. Seat was so tight not able to get in/out for my husband and very difficult for me. Driver did best he could given the traffic and extreme amount of people on sidewalks/streets, Suggest possibly not have p.m. tours on Fridays.
We really enjoyed our time on this tour. We felt like our driver knew the city and the history of Boston.
Very expensive for what tour we got!! Not very informative, we got a more enjoyable experience on the Duck Tour, which only cost 25.00. The Driver was sneezing and coughing, obviously not feeling well. This 3 hour, which turned into 4 hours, because of traffic, plus tip cost us 350.00. We are retired, on a limited budget, my husband has a disability, so thought this would be easier for him, not the case, due to the expense.
Our driver/guide was extremely helpful and mindful of our desires. This was a tour geared to what we wanted and he came through 100. We would recommend to all.
I enjoyed my tour. Our driver was very knowledgeable and courteous. I enjoyed Boston and would like to come back and spend a little more time. I would use Elite Limo again IF they would provide an actual local number for emergency contact. We were on a cruise so we had limited opportunities to contact them and as it happened we were having some pick up time issues. The local phone number actually was nothing more than an answering service where you had to leave your name and a message and hope someone would call you back while you still were in range...and of course that never happened. Very frustrating. I would up having to contact the booking agent once we were in Boston and fortunately after a significant time on hold and a few calls on their part, we were able to get pick up confirmation. Not a good system at all. But once we connected with our driver it al worked out.
