There is a small federal fee for video cams at Tulum

Tour guide is optional.

There is a tram that for $20 pesos per person will take you from the entrance of Tulum to the ruins

Deposit for snorkel equip & locker at Xelha (approx $25 USD per person). The deposit will be refunded by the park when returning the items.

Tips:

Bring biodegradable insect repellent and sunblock. You can only use biodegradable products on the reef and in cenotes.

Bring swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses, camera.

Make sure to bring a change of clothes as the driver will not let you in the vehicle if you are wet

Bring cash. Deposit for snorkel equip & locker required at Xcaret. The deposit will be refunded by the park when returning the items.

Kids must present and I.D.

Additional Information:

Children under 5 years old are always free! Children from 5 to 11 years old pay child price. Older than 11 pay adult price.

ALL CHILDREN under 12 years old (including FREE KIDS under 5 years old), must present proof of age. A copy of their passports will work. They will be checked at the park. Make sure to bring this with you!

You and your group go directly from your hotel to Tulum Ruins and Xelha Park. Private tours are for your group only and therefore you plan the day, we just make suggestions.
