Visit the beautiful garden city of Al Ain, the greenest of all the Emirates, on a full-day tour from Dubai.

Begin with a visit to the Al Ain Museum with its extensive archaeological collection, including some spectacular second millennium gold pendants. It also houses a reconstruction of the Grand Hili tomb with its rock engravings.

Next, go to the top of Jebel Hafeet, UAE's highest peak, giving you stunning views of the desert. At the foot of Jebel Hafeet are hot water springs, ideal for bathing tired feet in steaming therapeutic waters.

Then stop at the largest camel market in the UAE, recently renovated to entertain guests all the more. Depending on the time of year, you may see baby camels.

Move on to Al Ain Conservation Zoo, which houses some the world's last remaining white lions and tigers. You will have the chance to get up close to the animals while strolling through the wonderful gardens and enclosures. Your trip will also include a buffet lunch at the Al Ain Hilton.

This was a good tour. The tour guide picked us up early and we headed to Al Ain. It was a pleasant ride and the tour guide was very informative. Once we arrived at Al Ain, we visited Al Jahili Fort, Al Ain National Museum and Sheikh Zayed Palace Museum. We drove up to the peak of the mountain. All and all great tour.

A relaxed day trip to a setting completely different from Dubai. The driver/guide was friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to be on our own for this trip 3 of us sharing a Toyota Landcruiser. The buffet lunch at the Al Ain Hilton was great and the various stops were interesting. I particularly liked the camel market.

If you want a day away from the bustle of Dubai this is a good option. The zoo is small but lovey, the views for Jebel Hafit are interesting. The palace and National Museum provide a good insight into the local history. The Camel Souq had some good photo ops. Our guide was very accommodating knowledgeable.

Even though we where the only ones on this trip the guide was most helpful and informative and nothing was too much trouble for him.He was good company and sympathetic to all our needs.Full marks to him.
