Punctual, very organized, professional attitude. The guide Lilly was very knowledgeable and kind. When we got to the places we were supposed to visit, a guide was already prepared waiting for us. This is a small group tour, so you'll get a lot of attention from the guide and ask more questions if you wish. The Silk Museum is sort of interesting, but some products are really overpriced. If you want scarves or blouses, I'd suggest to go to other shopping areas. The only thing that could be improved is the lunch. The tour was also a bit rushed, but I guess most tours are like that. Overall it was a great tour.
Good tour. The guide and the driver were well presented and very punctual. The car was not completely clean but was acceptable. The guide was not completely knowledgeable.
