Your exciting zipline adventure takes place at near the Akaka Falls State Park on the Big Island’s beautiful Hamakua Coast, known for its lush botanical gardens and waterfalls.

Just north of Hilo, Akaka Falls State Park is home to Akaka Falls, located on Kolekole Stream. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by your professional zipline instructor and given a safety orientation. Once you’re strapped in, you’re ready to fly!

Soar over tropical greenery, cascading waterfalls, lush botanical gardens and diverse agricultural land. As you zip along, enjoy views of mountains and the beautiful Pacific Ocean off in the horizon.

You’ll travel on a 7-zipline course, which starts out mild and progressively increases in length and height, so that both thrill seekers and those who have never ziplined before can enjoy the thrills of ziplining. Each zipline is themed after an important staple in Hawaiian agriculture, and your guide will accompany and educate you along the way. You'll also get to sample some native Hawaiian fruits!

The grand finale is a zipline that is one of the longest ziplines in the country – and travels directly over a 250-foot (76-meter) waterfall!

I would like to begin by congratulating how courteous, sweet, and so so kind staff you have working there- our family had a blast, at first I was a little concerned for myself because I have never done anything like it however your two super kind guides, were so amazing and thoughtful I forgot about my worries and just enjoyed the moment and what a moment- simply stunning views and an amazing experience - thank you guys!!!!

Did this twice. Am usually feared of heights but they made it so easy as they have steps on each zipline and when you just get down the stairs you'll be zipping in no time : worth more than the price.

WOW...OUTSTANDING adventure. This was so much fun and I met some great people. Our guides Jake and Dustin were EXCELLENT! They were very knowledgeable and very entertaining. We were in a farm area and not only did we have a wonderful zipline experience, we also got interesting information about the area. THIS IS A MUST DO on the Big Island. The view of the falls was breathtaking. I felt safe throughout the experience.

Had a great time with Skyline ziplining. The crew was great and I felt very safe. The weather didn't cooperate since it was raining the whole time but it was still a great experience!
