* Yoga - 60 min. :
Practice yoga toward gaining inner peace and physical balance by combining Hatha and Vinayasa Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. Our yoga program is designed for all levels to enhance your vitality and rejuvenation.
*Pilates - 60 min. :
Flowing-water based workout focuses on muscular toning and definition through core-stability work. While developing strength, flexibility and body awareness, these specific water movements are also very supportive for those with back problems, weak joints, serious injuries, arthritis and anxiety. It is very safe and highly beneficial during pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
*Water pilates- 60 min. :
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Bone density and joint health improve, and many experience positive body awareness for the first time. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body, and that capacity spills over into other areas of one’s life.
*Partner yoga (min. 2 pers.) - 75 min. :
A unique blend of Yoga and massage that is practiced with a partner to help you go deeper into postures with a sense of ease and comfort. Since it is interactive combining the efforts of each person, it’s a fun practice for couples to help move into balance with one another. After the Partner Asana practice the teacher guides you through a series of Thai massage techniques that combine stretching and acupressure points that you can easily do for each other. Thai massage opens up the meridians to help balance the body’s internal (chi) energy channels.
