The team was very unresponsive, no reminder was provided ahead of the tour, and tour times were offered for when the church was closed for a private event. I initially tried to book for a Saturday 9/7 at 9am tour and discovered the day before our planned Saturday tour that we instead had a tour booked for Friday morning. We received no reminder of this the day before the event. When we reached out to reschedule to another time, we did not get a response. I am convinced the website changed my date and time once I booked as a result of a private event at the Duomo, which was closed on Saturday until 12:30pm due to a private event. When we looked to reschedule a tour on our own, that Saturday 9am tour was still being advertised even though the group would not get to go into the Duomo. Poor advertising, coordination and customer service. I would not recommend.

Money well spent for anyone that visit Milan this is one not be be missed. Fabio was fantastic knowledgeable was able to relay all the fine points of the history of this iconic structure
