Compared to the chaos of Time's Square, this was a good option. The view of the fire works is wonderful, but it was about 12 degrees outside. We also had to deal with a near fight, as folks were drinking too much. Still fun however and if you happen to be in NYC on New Year's, it's a good deal.

Even though we purchased tickets for a specific date, when we got to the meeting point there tons of people there and we still had to stand in line about 30 minutes. We were then told it's first come first serve and the bus was full and we would have to come back 'tomorrow'.

It was overpriced, the food was cold and scarce; lines were long for the bar and seats were very hard to come by. The windows fogged up so much it was not possible to see the sights, which was the whole point of the trip. I would not take this trip again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Also, you really should provide bus transportation back to central locations in the city. There are NO cabs to be found after the cruise, and we had to walk back to our hotel. Obviously you know there are no cabs at that time of night on New Year's Eve, and you should either tell customers that or provide a bus.

The cruise itself was amazing, the views of NYC, the Statue, the fireworks, the drinks - all perfect! Wrap up warm though as it is pretty chilly out there and it took us almost an hour to board. Good value for money and I would recommend it :-)

Great way to spend new years, had to line up with my Viator confirmation to get a ticket first which took some time, boarding several boats took a while as well which was time out in the cold and not spent drinking, once on the open bar was great and we'll stocked, music was average.
