This was a nice cruise but poorly organized with no information on where to line up, wrong boat and too many tickets sold. This required a 2nd boat and a lot of standing around and waiting.

You can't miss with this tour! What an iconic moment -- to see this incredible symbol of liberty illuminated at night from the water. Just perfect.

I contacted viator about our flight delay because of weather in NYC which was going to make us miss the cruise. They contacted the cruise company and I never received any information back about being able to reschedule or not.
