Meet your guide in the morning or in the afternoon at your hotel or accommodation in Nice. Start your tour on the Middle Corniche road, which is one of the many spectacular coastal roads in this area, offering wonderful views of the French Riviera. Admire the beautiful Belle Epoque architecture with a walk along the grand Promenade des Anglais. Make the ascent to Castle Hill in order to get an even better view of the surrounding area, not to mention a chance to see the lush gardens and waterfalls on the hill.

Your next visit is the atmospheric neighborhood of Cimiez, where Queen Victoria used to spend her winters. Today, this area hosts the Nice Jazz Festival every summer and is home to a few notable art museums. Drive along the Promenade des Arts to see the Acropolis Center, Sosno's library and the Modern Art Museum. Admire the colorful Russian Orthodox Cathedral's frescoes and carvings. Visit the Old Town (Vieux Nice) of Nice with a stop in the famous public square, Place Garibaldi. Take in the charm of Cours Saleya's busy flower market, inviting cafés and small shops.

Our family took this tour during our 1st full day in Nice. It gave us a great overview of the City which helped allow us to better plan where we wanted to spend our few free days. Our tour guide was awesome she was able to get us into the Russian Orthodox church for a quick viewing. She also gave us short walking tours around the Roman ruins and Castle Hill. As a life-long Nice resident, she was able to provide us with lots of great commentary along the way. We are very glad that we chose this tour!!!

The tour was a delightful treat for all of us first timers in Nice. Even though the day was dour due to rain and cloud cover, it was total fun and the credit goes to Zara, our guide. There was not a dull moment and we loved the discussions including History, Culture, religion, parenting and pets/animals. We first went to the Top of the Castle Hill for the panoramic view of city and later drove to the Franciscan Monastery/Jardin, Old town etc. In addition, we got to know of the places like fleur marche, Indian restaurants, places for outing. We also got to know the specialties of the region like flowers esp lavendar and we did shop for the same later. With the time well spent, we will surely remember the experience for a long time.

This was a good tour and we really enjoyed ourselves. We saw an amazing Russian orthodox church, some of the neighborhoods of Nice and a cute chocolate factory. We had about an hour in old town to shop and have lunch. The tour picked us up at the hotel and that was nice. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour for a good overview of the city of Nice.
