When your cruise ship docks at the Villefranche port, just up the coast from Nice, your guide will pick you up from the cruise terminal and take you on your full-day French Rivieria shore excursion.

Traveling by 8-passenger minivan, enjoy a scenic drive along the Côte d'Azur, renowned for its chic hotels, grand boulevards, yacht-filled harbors and stunning Mediterranean coastal vistas.

Your first stop is the historic town of Antibes. Explore the old town and catch a glimpse of the million-dollar yachts in Billionaire's Quay.

Continue west to the city of Cannes, where you'll drive along lovely Croisette Boulevard (Promenade de la Croisette) and see the Festival Palace (Palais des Festivals et des Congrès), which hosts the annual Cannes International Film Festival.

Stop in the charming Provençal village of St-Paul-de-Vence for lunch (own expense) before continuing with a drive along the Middle Corniche, a famous coastal road boasting fabulous Mediterranean views.

Arrive in the village of Eze, perched on a hill with splendid ocean vistas. Take a guided tour of the Fragonard perfume factory to discover what makes French perfumes so exquisite.

Pass through the village of La Turbie, known as the 'Terrace of Monaco,' before arriving at the glitzy, glamorous principality of Monaco, the second-smallest country in the world. Your guide will show you the Prince's Palace (Palais Princier) and the beautiful gardens and grand casinos of Monte Carlo. You'll also drive along the road used in the famous Formula One Grand Prix race!

After your tour of Monaco, relax on the drive back to Villefranche.

Overall a very nice tour, but could have skipped the perfume factory and spent more time on the other sites. Our driver/host Cathy with Liven up Tours was very professional and pleasant. Would recommend this tour but ask to see if they could eliminate the perfume factory stop.

Very difficult to understand the lady due to her accent. One too many people in the van very crowed. Had to pay 10 euros to visit the casino pay to have the opportunity to lose some money at the tables!!!

Guide and tour were both good, but the stop at the perfume factory was completed unwarranted and too commercial.

Truly enjoyed the tour, the pace, the guide was knowledgable and van very comfortable. I like the style of a mini van and only 6-7 total people. Would definitely join a tour of this type of your limited in time and want to see many places in one day. Thanks!

This tour was excellent. The guide was knowledgeable and told us many facts. She could answer all the questions we asked. She did everything to please us and show us as much as possible. She even returned us on time for boarding the ship. Her name was Lucille or Lucie. We would recommend her anytime
