We were not picked up at the range time. We did not receive a confirmation email from amigo tour. Or booking at shell heart was not in their system. Staff from two other companies assisted us. We paid extra for a fast track express tour and receive none of the benefits. Someone from our resort had to call to arrange for someone else to pick us up and take us to show half 2 1/2 hours later than we were supposed to go
