Cooking in Sorrento with Chef Carmen will be an amazing experience. You will enjoy your cooking experience drinking wine, singing and learning about Italian authentic food. All classes are hands on, really informative and fun. Please come and try the fun experience of learning to cook Italian traditional recipes.

Included in the 3 dishes class will be:
• pasta making
• meat or fish
• local dessert
• wine, prosecco, limoncello

There is also the possibility to buy chef Carmen's cookbook, shirts, apron or shopping bag. Carmen is a talented English speaking chef trained for 15 years. She has been a chef in a small luxury boutique hotel for long time and her passion comes from her mother Titina, who was a cook for many years.

The cooking class can be done at:
• 9.00 am followed by lunch and the cooking section will be finish at 12.00 am
• 3.00 pm followed by dinner and the cooking section will be finish at 6.00 pm

We had a brilliant and fun experience learning how to cook three Italian dishes which I'm definitely going to cook again. Carmen is patient, a great teacher, brilliant chef and her English is amazing! The whole set up is so organized. Would highly recommend.

Went for what I thought would be the "usual" cooking class. Boy was I wrong. This was a fun totally hands-on class. We made gnocchi the Sorrento way. Learned to gut and prepare calamari - what a trip, Prepared a sea bass and made eggplant parmigiana all in a relax and funny atmosphere. Chef Carmen is a blast - funny, witty and a great teacher. Finally, we all were able to eat our recipes around the big table and make new friends. If there is one thing that I would highly recommend to do while in Sorrento is to take this class. Not able to do this tour. Received an email 1 day before that we were only couple signed up for afternoon session and that they would not do tour, they offered another day or morning tour but we were not in town yet for these. I emailed back that we wanted to do this cooking class but never heard back from them. Very disappointed with lack of communication.

This was EVERYTHING!!! My absolute most favorite part of our trip. Carmen is positively spectacular. Her class was so authentic and fun and we loved every single second of it. If you go to Sorrento and don't take her class, you're really missing out! I can't give her enough praise. Thank you sooooooooo much, Carmen!!!!
