Learn the history of traditional swordsmanship with roots.

・Namba Style Walking
・Short sword technique
・Long sword techinique
・Kusari fundo (chain and weights)
・Shuriken Practice or Short Bow archery
・ Photo taking

＊If you choose short bow archery to practice:
It is important to improve hitting the target technically, but it is more important to cultivate Fudoshin (the unwavering state of mind) . We practice the fundamental movements repeatedly, as it becomes meditation.

In our clan, our ancestors preferred short bows, as they were more practical.
Though the bow is short, self-control and emotional stability are crucial when we aim to develop of our shinobi-samurai spirit.
