Discover one of the most distinctive neighborhoods in Toronto on this 30-minute tour by Segway! Step back into the 1800s as you tour Toronto's Distillery Historic District with your knowledgeable guide.

Your tour will begin with a brief training and practice on the Segway. Traveling on a Segway is a totally unique experience and most riders find them easy to use and lots of fun! Once you feel comfortable on the Segway, your guide will take you through the streets and brick-lined alleyways of the Distillery Historic District.

Ten years ago, this area was derelict with abandoned industrial-era buildings. Today, this revitalized area still has its classic historic charm, but also boasts large modern sculptures, including one from the famous Burning Man Festival, as well as trendy boutiques, pubs and cafés. This is a pedestrian-only area, so you will not have to compete with cars as you tour the eclectic sites. Along the way, hear interesting historical facts and stories about the area from your knowledgeable guide.

We weren't sure we would be able to master a Segway, being 'mature' adults, but after only a minute or two it was completely comfortable. The maneuvering is very intuitive and no one should be afraid to give it a try. The Distillery District is quite small and 30 minutes was plenty of time to be able to see everything. 30 minutes was also the perfect amount of time for a new rider, as muscles you never use for anything else were definitely noticeable after that. The District is very nicely renovated and has several shops that were worth checking out after we were done with the tour. Don't miss the Fluevog shoe store!!!

Great Tour. I really recommend it. The crew were very nice and very helpful. They teach you almost on a personal level to use the segway which is very easy to use. And it is great to do with kids since there are almost no roads on the Distillery District. Very much recommended

Awesome, me and my 14 year old son loved this segway tour. First time for both on a Segway, very easy to learn and fun to ride. Streets were crowded but no problems maneuvering. Tour guide Joseph? was great. We wish we would have done the 60 minute tour. This area was very cool with lots of shops and restaurants. Would do again.
