Great tour guide, really nice SUV but the back row is made for children with short legs... not adults. My legs were KILLING me after riding in the back for 2 hours and it was REALLY hard to get in and out of the van from the back. Originally 2 elderly people were in the back but they just had so much difficulty we swapped around. I'm only 32 and it was hard for me. But the boat ride at Niagara was amazing! The ice wine was tasty too and Niagara By the Lake was nice, but with only 1 hour we only had time for lunch and not shopping or exploring. We did not have much time at Niagara itself either, not enough free time to do the zipline or go up in the tower, just the boat and 30min to walk around and take pictures. I don't know how the tour could be reorganized to allow for more free time though. If all you want to do is the boat ride at the falls and get lunch and taste some wine then this is a great tour, if you want free time, then there is just not enough of it on this tour. But overall I had a really good time!

Good drive good tour guide...but the Mercedes van 's air condition system did not work well.....the rear seats very stuffy...air condition not.... consistent.......need to check it out...
