This is an amazing place to visit. There is a fair amount of walking involved but it is mostly inside. It can get quite warm in the summer so bring water and possibly a portable fan.

The actual tour of the palace and the garden was great. Marvelous avenues in the garden. Beautiful rooms inside the palace. Guide very skilled at bringing the family story behind the rooms alive. The downside of the tour was the logistics employed in getting us to the palace. We met in central Vienna and took the subway to the palace - all of which took 90 minutes. I certainly had not picked that up when selecting the tour. I would have much preferred to make my own way to the venue
